Global Master Securities Lending Agreement

This regulation amends certain provisions of Revenue Regulations (RR) No. 10-2006, as amended, relative to the registration of Master Securities Lending Agreement and Global Master Securities Lending Agreement. Section 3 of RR No. 10-2006, as amended, is further amended to read as follows: "SECTION 3. Definition of Terms -  b. Collateral. Cash government securities, equity securities, standby letter of credit issued by a bank, or other forms collateral provided to the Lender as security in accordance with the rules prescribed by the SEC and/or PSE until the borrowed share/security is returned. f.
